SALES EXECUTIVE (CORP & TA)
August 25, 2023RESPOSIBILITIES:
Seeking new Customers:
• Searching for customer information through many different channels to build a system of potential customers.
• Actively contact potential customers in the self-searching list or from the hotel's data system to introduce services and preferential programs.
• Send service information via email for customers to refer to, answer customer questions when there is email feedback from customers.
• Use sales skills to negotiate and persuade guests to use the property's services.
• Carry out procedures to sign contracts with customers who agree to use the service.
Taking care of new and old customers:
• Actively contacting customers who have been using the service to understand the situation and develop good relationships with customers.
• Timely support, respond to requests and complaints from customers.
• Follow up the contract termination time to convince customers to renew the contract
• Actively send promotional information to old customers to convince them to use the property's services again.
• Conduct procedures to sign new contracts with old customers who want to use the service again
Contract Implementation:
• After closing the contract with the customer, the sales staff coordinate with the relevant departments to implement the contract, ensuring the requirements of the customer.
• Monitoring the contract implementation process, service quality so that customers receive the best value.
• Coordinate with related departments to quickly overcome problems arising in the process of using the service of customers.
• Follow up the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to urge the debt.
General tasks:
• Coordinate with Marketing department to plan and implement incentive programs on holidays and Tet; Customer Gratitude; Introduce new products and services to reach and attract customers.
• Collaborate with other departments in the property to improve service quality to meet the needs of customers.
• Making periodic work reports, arising.
• Participating fully in department meetings, reporting feedback from guests to have effective solutions to handle and overcome.
• Implement the business plan from time to time.
• Exploiting sources of group guests, travel agents, co-operate.
• Complete all the jobs from Sales Manager and General Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Working Time: 45h/ week, from Mon to Fri (8am to 6pm); be willing to work overtime when needed
• From 2 years of experienced in the hospitality business (hotels or service apartments) as a sales professional for long-stay guests or corporate market
• Bachelor's degree of related professions.
• Good at English and computer skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
• Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
• Ability to analyze, quantify, solve problems well, good judgment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Good in writing reports and presentations
• Be progressive, highly responsible, aware of service, withstand high pressures.
